Ferdinand Cooper would install window frames and tracks, and remove their protective films before plastering. This resulted in cement / mortar powder hardening on the frames and seals, and also caused scratches to the brand new frames and tracks.
Ferdinand Cooper would then hire workers to scrape off the hardened cement, scratching the frames, tracks and glass in the process.

Ferdinand Cooper would also tile the house first before the cupboards and plasterwork commenced. This caused the brand new Italian tiles and grout lines to be covered with cement and plaster, as well as scratches and chips due to workers stepping on them with stones and screws. He has shown to be incapable of planning the right processes for construction at the expense of the clients.

Ferdinand Cooper would ask his workers and subcontractors to plaster after tiles are installed and window films removed (see photo on right).

On several occasions, his client caught Ferdinand Cooper's workers stuffing rubbish into the walls before concrete was to be poured into the walls. His client had to watch over these workers as Ferdinand Cooper was incapable of controlling his workers conduct. His workers would stand around and do nothing due to his poor leadership and failure to pay wages on time.

The photo on the right would show his standard to cut a lock into a window frame. Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper has shown to accept such workmanship as normal, and has no remorse to rectify such snags (at the expense of his clients).
Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper allowed his subcontractors to work without appropriate tools, and even used brush seals instead of rubber seals for the windows. These brush seals flattened over time quickly, and created a lot of play / movement in the folding windows.

Ferdinand Cooper's workers would often stand around doing nothing, as he has very poor command and control over his workers. When client reprimanded him over this matter, he did very little to improve the situation. Eventually, he was very late and could not afford to pay late penalties and fines issued by the estate. Ferdinand Cooper forced his client to pay these fines and levies over several months.

Ferdinand Cooper would allow his workers to put lentils without sufficient support as per photo on the right. His client caught this issue and ordered him to rectify the matter by installing steel bars above the lentil after consultation with the structural engineer.

Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper would have cupboard materials put all over exposed brand new tiles, and then perform plaster work. Photo on the right was taken by client to show how messy his work is. Dust and cement powder was all over the cupboard materials, tiles and window frames and tracks.

Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper caused cement powder to cure on his client's roof sheets due to his improper planning and supervision of workers.
Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper also installed and leaking rattling roofs which the client repaired at his own cost, as Ferdinand Cooper / FJ Cooper does not return to repair snags.

In order to save on cost, Ferdinand Cooper used 1 person to install plumbing and electrical work for a 650sqm house. This person was his brother in law, and he did not have the necessary PIRB certificate and electrical certification to sign off on the house. As a result, the client had to fix several leaks and shorts using a qualified plumber and electrician. Ferdinand Cooper also caused several delays through his cost saving methods, resulting in fines and penalties (which he forced his client to pay).
